Shipping

Basket Caravan strives to provide you with exceptional service; that includes shipping and delivery.

Because we are based in the beautiful California northern Central Valley near San Francisco and Napa / Sonoma area, shipping is deadlines are Pacific Standard Time.

We use UPS as our shipping service and shipping charges cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and related customer service.   Shipping and processing is calculated using the regular price of merchandise before tax is applied.

U.S. Shipping Cut Off Times

• To ensure the best gift basket preparation, orders received after 1:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
• All orders received before 1:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday will ship that same day or on the requested future shipping date.
• Orders placed after the shipping cut-offs may still arrive on time, depending on your delivery location.
• For shipping we use the most effective delivery services available.  Adverse conditions can sometimes affect shipments, we may need to ship your order a slightly different date but we will do our best to delight your gift recipient.
• For proper delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, AP-FPO boxes or foreign addresses.
• Call for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska as special charges may apply.

Delivery Service Delays

If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items sold and processed by Basket Caravan within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error otherwise you would be responsible for return shipping costs.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Additional Information:

All shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price of merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address.

Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.

We reserve the right to correct error(s) in printed or electronic publications.

If rising costs affect shipping charges, a surcharge may be included and will be reflected in your order total.
